Warm Springs Home Prices
In case you haven't noticed, we have seen 12 straight months of listing price increases on home prices in Warm Springs and the market seems to keep moving forward with no slowing in sight, even as the holidays approach. Thinking of buying a home? There are still deals in Warm Springs but having a good real estate agent who understands the market is essential. Don’t wait on the sidelines for too long, many of our listings are starting to sell within a few days of hitting the market and listings are not selling exactly for asking price. To make sure you don't overpay for your home, you'll want to have an agent that does a thorough market analysis of the Redmond home on which you are making an offer.

Christina I loved your market report, but I have to admit I loved the widget that leads you to your website, I have to ask how you did that?:), Endre
Hi Endre Barath, Jr., thank you for your comment. I used the AR resources available to us for Market Reports. When you start to write a blog post, you may notice the column to your right that offers templates. That is where you will find the training items. Bob Stewart and the AR team have created a wealth of information on how to blog, market reports, neighborhood reports and more. There are also recorded webinars to view. Very helpful stuff.
Christina I did not want to do Template Blogs that 400k other agents might use, but since this is the first time I saw this, maybe there is something about it:)) Thank you for the heads up, Endre
Endre, you make a good point. I am thinking that I might personalize my posts a little more, after all, 2016 is almost here and I am working on my business plan.
